A sit-on basin is very much what the name implies – a basin that sits on top of a counter. These basins do not have tap holes and therefore Victorian Bathrooms recommends the use of a wall mounted basin mixer configuration or a deck mounted basin mixer specifically designed to accommodate sit-on basins.
