A traditional hair preparation for hard to manage hair, C.A.R. cream (without oil) achieves a clean well-groomed look. It contains the delicate fragrance of lily of the valley and was created for the Royal Automobile Club (R.A.C. initials spelt backwards being C.A.R.) in Pall Mall from which it took its name around 1900. Perfect for the "slick back" look.
