Arte concealed thermostatic shower mixer with 2-way diverter

Meaning the Italian translation of 'art', the Arte Collection is designed and manufactured in Italy. Pronounced 'RT', which is coincidentally the same initials as Romain de Tirtoff, the 'father of Art Deco', the design of this range features the glamour of the 1920's with its geometric and cubic influences whilst bringing it into an era of modernity with cleaner and more balanced lines, mixing form and function with elegance and glitz.

Thermostatic shower mixers enable greater control of the temperature ensuring a constant and safe water temperature, preventing scalding. This is particularly useful for those with solar geysers that reach very high temperatures, for the elderly and young children.

Designed for a concealed plumbing installation with two water outlets.
The cross handle turns the mixer on by setting it to the desired outlet whilst the lever controls the temperature.
The concealing plate is engraved with a shower rose and handshower symbol indicating the outlet options.

Plumbing
The plumbing for the Arte concealed thermostatic shower mixer is to be concealed within the wall. This mixer has quarter-turn ceramic disc operation.

The temperature control is factory set to a maximum of 38ºC however whilst Victorian Bathrooms does not recommend it, higher temperatures can be reached by disabling the temperature gauge button.

Cleaning
Clean with warm water, a mild detergent and dry with a soft cloth.
Avoid cleaners containing abrasive materials.
When situated close to the sea, ensure that the chrome is cleaned regularly to remove salt residue.
