Victorian Bathrooms has a remarkable team of staff all with the healthy desire to advance themselves and improve their abilities.

On an annual basis each staff member nominates those persons whom they feel fill the criteria of the awards whether it be whom they consider has been most helpful, who is conscientious, who offers advice, and who goes above and beyond what is expected of them. Alternatively it could be a team member who has improved their work abilities dramatically during the past year.
